Athens, Greece

We took a trip to Athens, Greece. The trip ended as a success, however it got started off a bit rocky. We traveled a long distance to a hotel where our room was reserved only to find out that we had the right hotel by name, but wrong location. After we took a taxi to the right one we got a room - that had just been used by someone else and hadn't been clean yet! :-) ... You can imagine our surprise when we went in, we saw what was in the ashtray then we looked at the bed and said "Ewwwww... how about we go get a room with some clean sheets?"



What we liked most was seeing all the ancient buildings we've heard about and seen in school text books.
