Danish Gas Chamber

The toilet stalls in Denmark are different than what you find in the U.S., they're more private. You don't have the openings at the bottom or top where you can view your neighbor's shoes and color of pants.



At first I thought, hmm... how nice! Unfortunately I soon discovered the dark side to Danish toilets. Now imagine that BillyBob has just eaten a large greasy deep fat fried meal and it's not being kind to his stomach. In fact BillyBob’s body is urging him to get that fat out of his system before it does some permanent damage to his heart. So he strolls into this private, closed in stall and does his duty.

Now Chad, having drunk too much diet cola decides that he either needs to use the restroom or suffer an exploding bladder. The first stall is occupied and so he has to make a drastic choice:

a) does he pee in public on some bush or wall outside

or

b) hold his breath, it’s a race to finish peeing before he passes out

or

c) breathe normally while peeing and suffer incurable brain damage

or

d) let his bladder rupture causing harm to his internal organs from the shrapnel

As you can see, no matter how you slice it you end up a loser. God bless the USA and their open air stalls.
